Exchange Policy

At decorlights.store, customer happiness is our highest priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our exchange policy is designed to make finding the perfect decorative lamp or light for your space as easy as possible.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  3. How to Request: Please email us at support@decorlights.store or use our Contact Us form. Make sure to include your order number and a description of the product you wish to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Lamps, lighting fixtures, or decor lights that are defective, damaged during delivery, or shipped incorrectly.
  • Unopened and unused products such as table lamps, floor lamps, string lights, and other decorative lighting, provided all original packaging and requirements are met.

Exchange Terms:

  • We offer FREE return shipping for defective items or items shipped in error.
    For other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Once we receive your item, we’ll send you a replacement decor lamp, light, or your preferred item, or issue store credit—whichever you prefer.
  • Products that are not in new condition or exchange requests made after the 5-day period unfortunately cannot be processed.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used items, items damaged after delivery, or items missing original packaging, parts, or tags.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or clearance sale items, as well as opened bulbs or string lights.
